To make cottage cheese: Mix 2 cups of yogurt and juice of 2 lemons, boil 1 ltr of milk and pour in yogurt lemon mixture. Cook over medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 cups of cold water. Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours. Using a folded muslin cloth, strain the liquid and hang the pouch.
