Wash the meat and keep it in the freezer for a half hour, with the help of a sharp knife cut the meat into stripes. Chop the onions into small cubes, cut the capsicum julian style and finely chop the parsley.
In a wok, heat Dalda Olive Oil over low heat for 1 -2 minutes, add the onions and fry till tender.
Add mushrooms, capsicum and black pepper to the wok and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
Add margarine or butter, beef stripes, salt and lemon juice to the wok and fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
Add cream and cook till steam appears (do not overcook the cream as it will split).
