Dish out and garnish with chopped spring onion leaves, coriander and green chilies. Serve hot with boiled rice.
To make Thai curry paste at home: mix 3 – 4 tbsp tomato paste along with 1 tsp mustard paste, ½ tsp red chili powder and ½ tsp coriander powder. Thai curry paste is ready to use.
