Vegetable Shawarma and Cucumber Lassi
To make cucumber lassi:
- Peel and chop 2 cucumbers finely and put into blender
- Add 1 cup yogurt – little by little and blend. Add ½ cup milk and salt as per taste with ¼ tsp black pepper and 1 tsp sugar.
- Add crushed ice and shift it to glasses
The final show down:
Cut each pita into half to make a pocket. Stuff it with potatoes and enjoy the shawarma with the ultra-cool lassi
