Although they say, no matter what you do, one always catches a cold or a flu, however, there are any steps one can take to take care of their body and try to avoid the cold for as long as you can. Gargle every night from the start of the fall till the end of the winter. You can use salt or mouth wash in little warm water. This helps soothe the throat, kills germs in it that cause infection and therefore chances of getting sick get reduced.
