Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    Wash dry apricots properly and then boil them with water with recommended sugar till they turn soft. Let them cool down and then remove seeds.

  • Step 2

    Divide evenly between ramekins or serving glasses and refrigerate until set.

  • Step 3

    Once ready to serve take out the casserole, pour fresh cream on the top and sprinkle chopped almonds and serve chilled.

Tips & variations

  • You can make this dessert weeks in advance just do not add fresh cream and almonds.
