Mix together beef mince, crushed red chillies, crushed pepper, salt, bread slices Seekh kebab Masala of any recognized brand, and let it rest for ½ an hour.
Add the mixture in a chopper or a mixer and pulse it for 10-15 seconds in batches.
Later press the beef mince firmly with a fork so that there are no lumps.
Now add fresh cream, green chillies and fresh coriander to the mince and mix everything well.
Shape mince into mini round kebabs by pressing kebabs with the help of your palms. Do not forget to grease your palms while making kebabs.
Heat Dalda cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry bite sized kebabs in batches until golden brown on both sides. Once golden brown, place them on brown paper to absorb excess oil. You can serve them with either green mint chutney or some nice raita.
You can always add gram crushed coriander or cumin to add more flavor to your kebabs.
