Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a pan, add broccoli and carrots and stir them for a minute or so, then season with salt and pepper.
Stir in vegetable stock, cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp of water, soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add sesame seed oil on top.
Serve with some fresh crusty bread on the side.
You may use spinach instead of carrots. Just toss in some spinach leaves a few minutes before switching off the flame.
