Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    Break one egg in a mixing bowl, add soya sauce, sesame seed oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate prawns with this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    In another bowl add cornflour and white flour and season it with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a deep pan on slow flame.

  • Step 4

    Dip each prawn in the flour mix and deep fry until light golden brown.

  • Step 5

    Place fried prawns in a colander and remove excess oil.

Tips & variations

  • Mix all the ingredients well and serve on the side and/or pour some on top of the crispy fried prawns when serving.
