Marinate chicken bites with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilies, cumin powder, curry powder, lemon juice and 2-3 tbsp of Dalda Cooking Oil. Mix well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven at 220 degrees Centigrade and grease baking tray with Dalda Cooking Oil.
Place chicken bites on the baking tray. Throw in some more Dalda Cooking Oil on top and brush them well with oil.
Place the tray in the oven and let it bake for 8-10 minutes. Turn them once or more with the help of a fork during the baking process.
Pierce fork to ensure chicken bite is properly done and if you feel it’s not done yet, keep them in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
Once ready, take them out on a platter and serve with lemon wedges and some greens, along with pickles and toasted pita bread. Don’t forget to sprinkle some chaat masala on top when serving your friends and family!
If you want to make them less spicy, skip the curry powder or crushed red chilies and use paprika powder instead.
