Prepare grill to medium heat.
To prepare dressing, combine lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, Dalda olive oil, garlic cloves, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
To prepare vegetables, brush ¼ of dressing on all the vegetables, heat grill and baste with Dalda Cooking oil and place on a grill, grill all vegetables for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred. Season them with salt and pepper.
Arrange entire stuff on a platter with cottage cheese and sprinkle platter with basil and olives.
Keep dressing on the side or else you can drizzle some on top at the time of serving
You can add some nice fruit variety as well by add peach and some nice apple to your delicious salad.
