To prepare topping, combine Balsamic vinegar, freshly ground pepper, garlic cloves minced tomatoes and chopped Basil. Season it with salt and pepper as required.
Top each Nan with the topping and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Preheat oven to 160*C and bake for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and cut each garlic Nan into six equal triangles like we cut the pizza.
Serve as an amazing quick fix pizza and enjoy sumptuous feedback from your friends and guests.
You can add variety by adding pizza sauce, pepperoni and sliced sausages to your recipe. In this way you would be required to ladle the sauce onto the garlic Nan base and follow rest of the recipe as specified.
