Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    Marinate chicken with salt, crushed pepper, brown sugar, Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp garlic, corn flour and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

  • Step 2

    Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in deep pan over a high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir fry them until lightly browned then add marinated chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame or until cooked.

  • Step 3

    Stir in spinach, green chilies and red chillies; continue stirring for another 2- 3 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with steamed rice or boiled noodles.

Tips & variations

  • It’s always advisable to add spinach leaves in the end when chicken is cooked and you are ready to serve, because it saves spinach leaves from getting spoiled and soggy.
