Marinate chicken with salt, crushed pepper, brown sugar, Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp garlic, corn flour and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in deep pan over a high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir fry them until lightly browned then add marinated chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame or until cooked.
Stir in spinach, green chilies and red chillies; continue stirring for another 2- 3 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice or boiled noodles.
It’s always advisable to add spinach leaves in the end when chicken is cooked and you are ready to serve, because it saves spinach leaves from getting spoiled and soggy.
