Put a liner or grease baking tray, pre heat oven to 200 C.
Melt butter and cocoa together in a saucepan. Add sugar and vanilla essence to the mix. Stir well.
Remove from the heat, mix in the flour, and fold it properly with the help of spatula, once flour is properly mixed add eggs and repeat the process.
Pour the chocolate mix into the already prepared baking tray.
Bake it for 20 minutes.
They are baked when the top is soft and moist.
Take out and let it rest for at least 10-12 minutes and cut equal squares and serve with ice cream.
Bring cream to a simmer on the stovetop, stirring occasionally.
Add in cooking chocolate pieces and let it stay in for 5 minutes.
Once it is velvety, let it sit uncovered at room temperature for about 15 minutes before pouring it over your brownies. At this stage you may add a dollop of butter to add further texture to delicious chocolate ganache.
You can use Nutella or a regular chocolate spread and brush your brownies with the yummiest spreads already available in the market.
