Break one egg in a mixing bowl, add soya sauce, sesame seed oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate prawns with this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl add cornflour and white flour and season it with salt and pepper.
Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a deep pan on slow flame.
Dip each prawn in the flour mix and deep fry until light golden brown.
Place fried prawns in a colander and remove excess oil.
Mix all the ingredients well and serve on the side and/or pour some on top of the crispy fried prawns when serving.
