Add goat cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
Add herbs, turkey bacon and onions to the goat cheese mixture and pulse until you are happy with the consistency.
Taste and add chopped garlic, salt and fresh cracked black pepper as needed.
Spread butter on the sliced bread/crostinis and place the bread in a pre-heated oven for 3-4 minutes or until both sides turn light golden brown.
Spread this delicious dip on each crostini and serve, or place the dip in a bowl in the centre of a large-sized platter with toasted crostinis on the side.
You can use blue or feta cheese instead of goat cheese but this combination of goat cheese and sour cream is always a surefire hit!
