Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a pan and add coarsely chopped garlic and let it simmer on slow flame till its light brown, now add blanched whole peas, sugar, salt, red chilies, crushed chilies, turmeric, whole green chilies, cumin, tamarind pulp, whole green chilies with a cup of water.
Cover the lid and let it simmer on slow flame for another 8-10 minutes till whole peas are relatively soft.
Delicious vegetable is ready. This is an ideal vegetable to be served with baghar Daal and steamed rice.
