Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a pan and add coarsely chopped garlic and let it simmer on slow flame till its light brown, now add bottle gourd, cumin, whole red chilies, whole green chilies. Cover the lid and let it simmer on slow flame for 6-7 minutes. Do stir for a bit during the cooking process.
