Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in a pan and add coarsely chopped garlic and let it simmer on slow flame till its light brown, now add in sliced cabbage, salt, turmeric, crushed red chilies, whole green chilies, black mustard seeds, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, stir well. Cover the lid and let it simmer on slow flame for 5-6 minutes. Do stir for a bit during the cooking process.
Delicious vegetable is ready. Tastes best with chapatti.
