Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    Marinate tenderloin beef with salt, crushed pepper, corn flour, brown sugar, Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp garlic, crushed red chilies and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

  • Step 2

    Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in deep pan over a high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir fry them until lightly browned, then add the marinated beef tenderloin and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame or until cooked. Stir in cucumber, carrots and chillies and continue stirring for another 2- 3 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Serve hot with steamed rice or boiled noodles.

Tips & variations

  • It’s always advisable to add bell peppers in the end when beef is cooked and you are ready to serve, because it saves your bell peppers from getting spoiled and soggy.
