Marinate tenderloin beef with salt, crushed pepper, corn flour, brown sugar, Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp garlic, crushed red chilies and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
Heat Dalda Cooking Oil in deep pan over a high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir fry them until lightly browned, then add the marinated beef tenderloin and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame or until cooked. Stir in cucumber, carrots and chillies and continue stirring for another 2- 3 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice or boiled noodles.
It’s always advisable to add bell peppers in the end when beef is cooked and you are ready to serve, because it saves your bell peppers from getting spoiled and soggy.
