Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    In a deep pan add in mutton, sliced onion, salt, tomatoes, red chilies, turmeric, Dalda Cooking Oil, whole green chillies and let it simmer on slow flame for at least 35 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Keep stirring during the process. You may add in a cup or two of water during the cooking process.

  • Step 3

    Mutton does not take too long to cook, once mutton is cooked, and tomatoes are kind of soft and mushy, add in chopped coriander, sliced green chilies with a tsp of garam masala, stir well and serve with steamed rice or soft chapatti.

  • This is the easiest way to cook tomato mutton, its taste and does not require histrionics; it’s tasty and so easy.
